StateName notary law states that the notary application must be submitted on a single sheet of paper (one piece of 8.5" x11" paper, printed front and back). All notary applications submitted on two sheets will be returned for correction.
Please submit your StateName notary application with original signatures only (no copied signatures will be accepted). Use black ink.

American Association of Notaries will file your StateName notary public application with the Secretary of State’s Office. Allow 10-14 working days to receive your StateName notary commission and supplies.
